In addition, we have a deep network of channel partnerships & executives that engage in searches or advisory work as appropriate to help us find talent you need to grow your business. Candidates we represent have at least five years of experience in their field, a proven track record of delivering results, possess strong subject matter expertise, can provide strategic perspective, and challenge the status quo. We source talent many ways but primarily operate as a referral-based company.

​Phase 1: Initiate the Search

  • Discussion that addresses market position, competitive landscape, organizational structure, corporate culture and value proposition

Phase 2: Implement the Search

  • Our team takes client message to market & contacts targeted source list.

  • We interview and qualify prospects; assess credentials, motivations, and career objectives and qualify achievements based upon client requirements.

​Phase 3: Select the candidates​

  • Present our “short list” of qualified candidates.

  • We manage & coordinate client / candidate interviews;  including pre- and post-interview briefings.

  • We conduct pre-offer preparation and reconfirm compensation criteria, revisit counteroffer and start date availability. 

 

Phase 4: Extend offer & close​

  • Present all components of offer to the candidate, including: compensation (bonus, commission structure, stock, etc.) benefits, title, reporting structure, and start date.

  • We facilitate any negotiation keeping client’s and candidate’s best interests in mind and secure final agreement of terms.

  • We get a formal acceptance of the offer and manage candidate resignation process through successful integration within new corporate environment.
